Zebari: Todavía pagaremos el 5% de ingreso petroleo a Kuwait

اكد وزير الخارجية هوشيار زيباري قبيل مغادرته ارض الوطن برفقة رئيس الوزراء الى واشنطن "أن العراق لن يتمكن من استعادة سيادته واستقلاله طالما تبقى العقوبات التي فرضتها عليه الامم المتحدة بعد حرب الكويت. Él y el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores Hoshyar Zebari, cuando salía de su casa, acompañado por el primer ministro a Washington, "Irak no será capaz de recuperar su soberanía y la independencia, siempre y cuando el resto de las sanciones impuestas por las Naciones Unidas después de la guerra para liberar a Kuwait.

واشار زيباري الى ان العراق لا يزال يدفع للكويت كالسابق 5% من ايراداته النفطية. Zebari dijo que Irak todavía se pagará de Kuwait el pasado el 5% de los ingresos del petróleo.
