Baghdad (Iraq News) spokesman said the information ministry spokesman Assem Jihad, the Iraqi oil, "The Ministry welcomes the invitation of oil province of Kirkuk, while maintaining coordination in the event of the signing of contracts and licenses to make the exploitation of oil wealth located in the province," adding, "We welcome any comments and any views from all sides concerned; target because the supreme national interest and put it above all else and to overcome narrow interests. "
Jihad said that "as far as possible, the ministry is trying to deal with all professional with this issue and stay away from political conflicts, because what is important to achieve the highest income in the area of oil derivatives."
He said, "and choose the oil ministry before the bids from foreign oil companies which serve the interests of the Iraqi people first and achieve the highest revenue for Iraq, and secondly the introduction of modern technology for the country."
A day after welcoming a call by the head of the provincial council of Kirkuk, which included Rizgar Ali, called on the government in Baghdad Iraqi Oil Ministry and the need for coordination with the provincial council and local government in the province in the event of the signing of contracts and licenses to make the exploitation of oil wealth in the province "to ensure transparency in these contracts."
