كشفت صحيفة «البيان» الاماراتية في عددها الصادر يوم الاحد 2/8 على أن الكويت أعدت مذكرة تحمل أفكارا جديدة بشأن كيفية التعاطي مع ما تبقى من ملفات معلقة مع العراق وعلى رأسها الحدود والتعويضات.
